Rather than following a single technique, each session is responsive to the individual, with the intention of restoring greater flow, grounding, vitality, and connection.
Breathwork
Eric uses conscious breathwork to help you move beyond the thinking mind and connect more deeply with your body, emotions, and inner experience. Breath can help release held tension and emotional energy while creating space for insight, grounding, and greater vitality. Eric’s approach draws from his training in rebirthing breathwork while adapting each session to the individual.
