If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if you received a damaged item, rest assured, we are here to help!
Return Eligibility and Timeframe To qualify for a full refund, your item(s) must reach us within 30 days from the date of your order delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. However, please note that certain items are non-returnable:
- Opened tarot, lenormand, or oracle cards
- Candles with torn or used labels
- Hematite or solid gemstone rings
- Healthcare products (essential oils, perfumes, lotions, yoni eggs, diffusers, etc.)
- Open CDs or DVDs
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
Online Purchases To initiate a refund or return, please send an email to [email protected], including your full name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the product is eligible for a return or refund, we will send you a USPS mailing label via email with instructions on how to return the item to our Maplewood, MO store. Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping label will be subtracted from your refund amount. Please include your order confirmation or packing slip with the return shipment.
After we receive the item, we will proceed with issuing you a refund or exchange to your original method of payment. Please allow up to three-five business days to process your full refund.
Damages and Issues If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within seven days of receiving your order so we can immediately correct the issue. We may ask you to return the item or send us photos illustrating its condition.
Exchanges For a speedy exchange process, you may return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
In-Store Purchases Full refunds are available within seven days of purchase with a receipt on approved items. Returns within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt, will receive an exchange or store credit for approved items.
Important Note Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
